The Unified Provinces of Birdenfell

Also known as the 'Timeless Empire', the Unified Provinces of Birdenfell is the largest standing multi-racial settlement on Crynn. At its head is the Timeless, Ales Eeorce, who directs the juristictive force, the Empowered. The Unified Brovinces of Birdenfell, often abbreviated to simply the 'UPB' is a capitalist dictator state and frequently uses its military and economic control to force other governments to either bend to its whims or be subsumed into its rule.

The UPB is responsible for many major standardisations across Cryyn, such as the Standard Metal Currency system, as such, many of these systems are weighted or otherwise tilted in their favour.

Thirteen primary 'provinces' comprise the UPB: Lygmit, Yeirjitch, Hiojentam, Kellista, Fortennal, Rentampyll, Aiseklon, Pyreselanta, Ierampto, Gerlamyn, Neirwy, and Spynndlle. The first twelve listed are arranged in a circle around the thirteenth. All provinces are sectioned into rings within themselves, each with a wall separating them from the last^[1]. Each province has an outer wall surrounding its outer ring standing at at least 30m in height^[1]. Extraneous provinces are territories absorbed from other settlements or empires; while many of these have fallen to ruin, the standing few include Ularra, Vvyk, and Fjogem.

Icestar

Icestar is a region in the Siliran Mountain Range devoted to research of space (ie. astronomy, astrophysics, planetary science), and biology (ie. biochemistry, bioarcolgy, botany). The original settlement and building plans were drafted by Oremina Rasa in 469H, after which she ran Icestar until her death in 512H. Leadership has changed hands a few times since then, but in the modern day, Aurin Rymiz holds the reigns to Icestar, Froststar, and Permafrost.
